Yes, we have a bottle-filling station with filtered water, so bring your bottle!

No, but we have two bathrooms where you can change and freshen up. You can also store your personal items in cubbies visible during class time.

Our classes are mostly Les Mills formats. These different class types are developed and tested using cutting-edge exercise science, great music, and highly trained instructors. Our instructors receive quarterly “releases” of new moves and music. We have four yearly “launches” where the instructors will team teach the same releases for a few weeks, so we can all improve our technique and skills. We will often hold technique clinics and Q&As during these periods.
The rest of the year, we mix and match our playlists to create effective and memorable experiences each time. So, while you might find your favorite class format, you never know exactly what you’re going to get stepping into a class. We love to play DJ and create awesome workouts for you to enjoy.
Les Mills classes started in New Zealand in the 1960s and can be found all over the world! That means you might be doing Monday night BodyAttack just like others in Japan, Australia, Sweden, Kenya, and thousands of others across the globe.

We are excited to start this journey with you! The hardest part is deciding to start. We are passionate about creating a space for all fitness levels. If you are brand new, give us a head’s up so your instructors can set you up for success. Some classes, like BodyPump, require a bit of equipment, so we ask that you arrive 5-15 minutes before class starts so we can walk you through what you will need. Our instructors provide options in every single class. There is no expectation that you go all out every time! We want to create a space where longevity is the goal. Yes, as long as you have been cleared by your doctor. We can provide modifications in our classes, just let us know if you need them. And several of our instructors have lots of experience exercising while pregnant!

If you have injuries, be sure you are cleared by your doctor to begin a workout regime. Our instructors can provide options and modifications in class, but are not trained to give medical advice outside the scope of the knowledge offered in our classes. We ask that you refrain from coming to the studio if you’re sick to prevent the spread of illness.

It’s easiest to manage your classes through our app. On the app homepage, you’ll see all your upcoming classes. To cancel, hit ‘view’ and then ‘Cancel Reservation’. Alternatively, sign in through ‘My Account’ at the top of our website. Once signed in, navigate to the ‘bookings’ tab to view all past and upcoming reservations.

To cancel your membership, sign into your account through our website, go to the purchases tab, click the three yellow dots next to the membership you wish to cancel, and select ‘cancel’ from the drop-down. If you choose to cancel, you must do so 30 days before the next auto-draft of your membership or you will be charged for the next month. If you cancel your membership and wish to resume later, you will have to sign up again at the current rates. This applies to our founding memberships as well. After cancellation, that rate will no longer be available.

A member has the option to freeze their membership for a minimum of 30 days to a maximum of 60 days. A member can only suspend their account up to 2 times per 365 days. You must submit a request in writing to info@gritgroupfit.com 14 days before the auto-draft date.
A $20 service fee applies each time you initiate a pause.
If you request to cancel while your membership is paused, the cancellation will go into effect 30 days after your pause ends and you are still liable if you have one final payment during those 30 days.

Memberships and class packs activate on the date of your first visit. This must occur within 90 days of purchase. If you need to adjust your activation date, please send us an email.

Yes! You can try as many classes as you would like during a 2-week period for $50. This offer is only good one time and reserved for local Memphis residents.
